Dear Cathy and Deborah,

I want to thank you so much for coming out to our home and giving me such honest advice by recommending, of all things, not to sell and stay put. I am sure there are not many realtors who would be as truthful and straightforward as the two of you. It's a rare thing in business today from what I've seen, to find professionals so honest, who would give advice, which is obviously contrary to their own financial welfare. You are both outstanding examples of the kinds of people that are needed in business today.

To tell you the truth, both Alice and myself were a bit disappointed with the appraisal value, especially, since we have done so much to improve it in the past few years. We've always known over the years what some of its drawbacks were, but were always reluctant to sell because of the beautiful trees, shrubbery, and other intangibles. Obviously, it's better to have a realistic picture of its true value so that we can make more sensible decisions. Looking at what we have, and how little we can get for it, it would be foolish for us to do anything other than to stay put.

Thanks again for your help. I will be sure to recommend you both to anyone that I know of that are looking to buy or sell.
